Frequently asked questions

 

  • What happens to my BYOCA accounts if I choose the EasyPost Wallet Carriers plan?
    Your existing personal carrier accounts will be deactivated and hidden but not deleted. They'll be reactivated if you choose to switch to the Bring Your Own Carrier Accounts plan.
  • If I choose the Bring Your Own Carrier Accounts plan, when will I be charged?
    The first time you will be billed is on October 15, 2025.
  • If I choose the Bring Your Own Carrier Accounts plan, can I still use the EasyPost Wallet Carriers in addition to my own?
    Yes. You will be able to access any EasyPost Wallet Carriers if you select the Bring Your Own Carrier Accounts plan. However, you cannot have an active UPS account and UPS through the EasyPost Wallet Carriers simultaneously. To qualify for the EasyPost Wallet Carriers version, please remove your personal UPS account first.
  • Will choosing the EasyPost Wallet Carriers plan impact my carrier trackers?
    You may stop receiving tracking updates for select trackers if they are tied to your personal accounts when migrating to EasyPost's accounts. Please verify with your developer team before selecting a plan or contact our Support team for help.
  • What if I don't select a plan?
    On October 15, 2025 users who have not selected a plan will: 
     
    • Be auto-enrolled to the BYOCA Plan and charged IF they have a payment method on file.
    • Have their label generation functionality be disabled IF they do not have a payment method on file.
